I’ve spent over a decade tattooing other people’s stories onto their skin. That work has taken me into different countries and communities, where I’ve been fortunate enough to experience local ceremonies, rituals, and celebrations - including those most people wouldn’t normally have access to.
Recently, I’ve felt compelled to tell those stories in a different way. No longer just on one person’s body, but through work that can be seen and experienced by many.
In every place, one form kept repeating itself: masks. Across cultures, masks carry meaning far beyond decoration - they’re a way of becoming something else, of connecting and communicating through our most expressive instrument of all: the face.
The Unmasked Collection explores what masks reveal, and what they protect, about the human experience. Rather than representing any tradition literally, each piece is shaped by the cultures that inspired it, and by a shared human desire for self-expression and transformation.
To give back to the places and cultures that have shaped this collection, 5% of every piece sold goes to a charity connected to the region that inspired that artwork.
